REET Mains Syllabus PDF 2023
A detailed syllabus has been released for Rajasthan third-grade recruitment. Rajasthan third grade teacher recruitment 2022 level one and level-2 syllabus and exam pattern have been officially released. All the details regarding the same are given below in this article. After clearing the REET Eligibility Test 2022, candidates have to appear in a separate entrance exam for which the REET syllabus and exam Pattern 2022 is released. There are two papers in this exam. These are paper 1 and paper 2 examinations. Paper 1 is for teachers of classes 1 to 5 whereas paper 2 is for teachers of classes 6 to 8. The number of questions is the same for both the REET exams and the marks are also the same as well.

The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan has recently issued an official notification regarding the REET (Recruitment cum Eligibility Exam for Teachers) online mode of recruitment. Moreover, the education minister also has officially issued the detailed syllabus for both the REET Mains Level 1 as well as Level 2 examinations for the year 2022. As per the official notification, REET Main Exam Syllabus is vast. However, there will be just one common question paper for this REET exam. Overall, the exam is expected to go on for 2 hours and 30 minutes. All the candidates who wish to become a 3rd-grade teacher in government schools in the state of Rajasthan must have to apply for REET Exam as well as qualify the same to be considered eligible for selection.

REET 2022 Main Exam Pattern
As per the official notification currently available on the official government website, there will be a total time limit of two and a half hours for each paper in this REET teacher recruitment examination for the year 2022. Moreover, a total of 150 questions are estimated to come in the main paper. The weightage for the questions is based on the general knowledge of the state of Rajasthan and other subjects as well. The state government of Rajasthan late night released all the details of the syllabus for this third grade teacher recruitment examination for the year 2022. Moreover, as already mentioned both the duration of the question papers of the level-1 and level-2 teacher recruitment examination which is to be held after REET will be of two and a half hours. No extra time will be allowed for the students. Additionally, a total of 150 questions comprising 300 marks will be there. However, candidates must keep in mind that there is a negative marking for wrong answers as well.
- Level 1 Paper
The exam for the level 1 paper comprises different subjects based on the candidates’ knowledge. This includes Geographical knowledge of the state of Rajasthan as well as Historical and Cultural Knowledge of the state. All this will comprise a total of 90 marks. The next subject of importance to the syllabus is General Knowledge of Rajasthan including the overall Educational Scenario of the state which will together also comprise a total of 90 marks. Then there is the Right to Free and Compulsory Child Education Act which is also included in the syllabus. Additionally, 50 marks are also allowed for School subjects. Furthermore, 40 marks are for Ritual Science and Psychology there are another 20 marks. Finally, there will be questions of 10 marks on IT and math as well.
- Level 2 Paper
The paper for the level 2 exam is a bit of a higher level compared to the former one. This paper included Geographical, Historical, and cultural knowledge of the state of Rajasthan for a total weightage of 70 marks. Next comes the General knowledge of Rajasthan state, the Educational scenario, and the Right to free and compulsory child education act. All these together comprise a total of 60 marks for the current subject. There is also a high weightage of as much as 120 marks for related school subjects. Furthermore, there are 20 marks for ritual science and additional 20 marks for educational psychology. Finally, just like paper 1, there is a further 10 marks for Information Technology.
