On September 9th, 2022 CBSE board released their compartment result on their official website cbscresults.nic.in. So, students will now be able to check their CBSE 10th compartment result 2022 simply by entering all details, such as school number, roll number, etc.

Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE had put together a written exam for Class 10 on 26th April-24th May 2022. Now, the result of this examination has been released. The Central Board of Secondary Education Class 10 Board results were released on 22nd July. In case any student failed in one subject or wanted to improve their marks, they could apply online for the CBSE Board Compartment Improvement Exam through their official site. The compartment exam took place from 23rd August- 29th August 2022.

 According to the instructions given by CBSE, the Compartment Answer Sheets of the students have been checked. By passing this compartment examination, students can save themselves from repeating the year.

How to Check CBSE 10th Compartment Result 2022?

As we said, you can check the result on the official website. However, if you don’t know how, you will simply have to follow the steps given below,

  • Firstly, students have to go over to one of the official websites.
  • Thereafter, they will have to click on the link saying ‘Secondary School 2022 CBSE Compartment result.’
  • You will notice a class 10 compartment result window appear on your desktop or laptop screen.
  • Now, students will have to enter their roll number, date of birth, school ID number, and centre number in the respective field.
  • After entering the details, click on ‘submit’.
  • You will notice the CBSE compartment result on your screen. If you want, you can take out a printout of your result and keep it for further reference.

Rules for Compartment Examination

Here are a few rules you need to keep in mind when you are appearing for the compartment exam.

  • A candidate who has applied will have to appear for the Compartment Exam at the designated time, which was in August. They are again going to get a second chance in March or April and a third chance in July or August. If the candidate qualifies for all compartment papers that he/she has appeared for, he/she will be declared a pass.
  • In case you fail the compartment exam or do not appear for the exam, you will be declared ‘Fail’ in the exam. So, you will have to reappear again as per the syllabus laid down by the board. A student will be given the option to reappear for the practical exam or can also choose to retain the previously secured marks after they appear for the Compartment Exam for the third time.
  • The syllabus for the students appearing for the Compartment Exam in March will be the same as the syllabus for the full-subject exam.
  • Any aspirant appearing for the compartment will have to appear the second time only for the papers that are to be held in March-April next year.
  • For the subjects that have separate theory and practical marks, the candidate has to appear just for the Theory paper and the practical marks are going to be carried forward. If you have failed in theory or paper, they will have to appear for the paper, separately.
  • The candidate who has got compartment in the 10th paper will be admitted for the 11th class provisionally until he/she appears for the compartment papers and clears it. If the student fails to clear the exam, the class 11 admission will be cancelled.

Before you appear for the examination, you need to prepare for the next compartment exam as soon as you can. They have to know where they are making a mistake while preparing that is causing them to fail in the subjects. So, they have to come up with a new study plan and take an integrated approach to the subject.
